Electronic Security Systems Sales Exec/ BDM
(Gold Coast Office - SE Qld into NSW area)

A highly respected Electronic Security Systems Integration Company in South-East Queensland intends on giving you all the tools and capabilities required to continue or rekindle successes in the Electronic Security Systems marketplace.

  • Are you the Electronic Security Industry expert needed to spearhead an already winning mentality with new business opportunities turning into installed and profitable Security Systems projects?
  • Can you be the one attracting the best electrical contractors, construction companies, commercial property decision-makers and retail brand names to the portfolio?
  • Through your hard work do you now have the contacts in the right places that keep your competitive edge?
  • Are you one to develop for your clients value-add Security Systems integration solutions and win-win service arrangements for the long term?

  • Strong communication skills to effectively present and explain security products, systems and services to potential customers.
  • Good listening skills to understand customer needs and deliver accurate solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of Security Systems and technologies to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and colleagues.
  • Persistence and determination to follow up with leads coupled with strong negotiation skills to close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, depending on the sales environment.
  • Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Continuous learning and self-improvement to stay up-to-date with the latest security technologies and sales techniques.
You will know and be comfortable with the sales process for Electronic Security Systems Integration, and you'll be at ease speaking with both smaller business owners to improve their security options, however, you will also seamlessly operate effectively in high-level solutions/ projects and tender submissions for government and large private clientele.

Remuneration & Package
The successful candidate, depending on experience essentially is a negotiable salary up to and over $100,000pa + a Fully Expensed Company Vehicle.
Also, additional commission and/ or bonus structure can push the total remuneration package towards  $200.000.

Must live in Australia or NZ now and ideally within the SE QLD Area catchment areas.

Must be security licensed and have Experienced successes in a similar role currently or very recently within the Electronic Security Industry.
