Position:
We are seeking experienced farm machinery operators for a large broadacre cropping & sheep farm in western Victoria.
The work will involve a mix of:
- Operating various seeders, Case Steigers & John Deere tractors, windrowers, mower conditioners, rakes, big square balers, telehandlers etc.
- Fencing and general upkeep of infrastructure around the farm
- May include some occasional feeding of sheep & animal husbandry
Requirements:
- General knowledge and practical application of farm machinery preventative maintenance and repairs
- Proven experience operating and maintaining modern high density machinery including tractors, seeder bars etc
- Ability to work within a large operation.
Competitive hourly rate of $30 - $33 p/h based on experience, with accommodation and meals included.
