We pride ourselves on customer services and providing all clients with exceptional service in all areas.Our team is growing, and we are currently looking for a Recruitment Team Member, working as a contractor with understanding and knowledge about the domestic and or commercial cleaning industry.The Role:Our Recruitment Team Member will be responsible for providing recruitment and admin support as they arise.Your Duties May include:-Drive the recruitment and selection process for our new growing cleaning teams- Develop questions and interview process for new applicants- Maintaining job advertisements using various platforms- Start to finish recruitment in collaboration with other admin team where required- Ensure all background screening has been carried out and documentation received-Gather recruitment paperwork together and send file to fellow admin Team Members to upload into the system- Communicate effectively with applicantsOur Right Team Member- Must be able to work 10hrs per week over 3 days- Have access to a computer, email and phone- Be friendly with good communication skills- Have good spoken and written English- Experience in the cleaning business either as a Recruitment person in this field or as an ex cleaner( minimum 6 months in Australia )Benefits:-Choose the hours and days you want to work-Work from home-Fit in around another job , study or school hours
