You will have the benefit of working within a fun team environment who have a great wealth of property knowledge. This role will be have the support of the Business Owners and Principal.
Package includes base wage, motor vehicle, company mobile phone, annual retention bonus of $13K paid quarterly and fantastic commissions for all new business.
Career opportunities could be available for the right person depending on their attitude and willingness to learn the business.
You will also have an full time assistant to assist with a variety of duties including but not limited to -
- Managing new tenant relationships and administration
- Managing and completing inspections and processing new applications
- Assisting with ad hoc property management tasks as required
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 5 Years residential property management experience
- Certificate of Registration
- Current Drivers Licence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding time management, multi-tasking skills and strong attention to detail
- Property Me and IRE experience required
