Qualities We Seek:

- Reliable and punctual (ESSENTIAL).

- Strong listening skills to truly understand our clients.

- Effective and respectful communication abilities to connect with clients.

- Great literacy skills as note taking is a requirement of the role.

- Good driving history (ESSENTIAL).

About the Role:

In this crucial role, you'll be responsible for supporting our clients' daily lives at their homes and helping them engage with their communities.

Your Responsibilities:

- Personal care including assistance at mealtime, bath time, bed time and assisting with prescribed home therapy routines.

- Managing domestic duties including laundry, dishes, cooking and light chores.

- Supporting community engagement such as shopping, visiting friends, going to the movies, attending lessons and exercising.

Key Requirements:

- ESSENTIAL: Valid Australian Driver's license and a reliable vehicle.

- ESSENTIAL: Proficiency with computers and smart devices for shift documentation.

- ESSENTIAL: First Aid & CPR certification.

- ESSENTIAL: NDIS Workers Screening Check.

- ESSENTIAL: Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation certificate.
