About the Role:
We are currently seeking a Part TimeFacility Manager who is self motivated and able to work autonomously at our Jandakot Facility.
The position is approximately 22 hours a week on weekdays, with the ability to cover extra hours when necessary (this may include Saturday).
The role will include, but is not limited to:
- Performing transactions such as invoicing and payment receipting.
- Following up overdue accounts.
- Updating and maintaining records on our computerised customer data system.
- Performing general administration tasks - including banking and postage.
- Responding to and managing walk-in and telephone enquiries, with the highest service level offering to our customers.
- Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers.
- Maintaining Facility grounds to the highest levels - including general maintenance and cleaning.
What you'll bring:
- Previous experience in retail, sales and customer service. Experience in the Self-Storage industry is highly regarded.
- A proven track record in achieving sales and KPIs.
- A passion for delivering customer service excellence, with an above and beyond attitude and work ethic.
- An enthusiastic team player with a 'hands on approach' to a diverse range of tasks – customer sales, service, administrative support and Facility maintenance.
- Must be computer literate and have well developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Current full driver's license
