This senior role will be responsible for projects that will drive long term change in search and media, whilst being exposed to one of the largest media budgets in Australian.Responsibilities Include:
- Devise insights, provide recommendations and implement strategies that meet the business requirements for media.
- Create new data solutions that allow us to understand customers better and increase the team's efficiency.
- Deliver regular performance reports, prepare ad-hoc performance and initiative materials for presentation to Media Teams or key stakeholders across the business
- Ideate, design, implement and measure the effectiveness of data-driven and technical solutions which improve customer experience and team efficiency and provide a point of differentiation from competitors
- Engage & collaborate with external partners (mainly Google Ads) to ensure any access to relevant Beta releases are leveraged and opportunity maximized
- Maintain a 'test and learn' culture, constantly seeking opportunities to improve performance, efficiency and ROI
- At least 3 years experience within an SEM/SEO role with demonstrable track record of achieving performance targets.
- Hands on knowledge of Google Ads is essential alongside Excel required,
- Experience in the development of Power BI (or Tableau/SQL) dashboards and reports will be highly regarded but not essential
- Strong analytical skills, with considerable experience analyzing digital marketing campaigns for performance optimization.
