The Role;
- Overseeing a team of business services accountants
- Working with directors
- Reviewing work of your team and overseeing the WIP
- Looking after your own portfolio of clients
- Advisory services / Client Meetings
Ideally you will have;
- 5 - 7 + years Australian Public Practice Experience with 1 - 2 years in a leadership capacity
- CA/CPA Qualifications
- The ability to lead a team and inspire staff
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a love of dealing with clients
- Genuine interest in developing your career & having longevity with the firm
