The Role
The right person for this role is someone who loves building and maintaining relationships, who enjoys leading a small team and is wanting to enhance their career.

Day to day:
- Taking ownership of relationships in your portfolio of clients
- Management of your team
- Management of all compliance requirements for your portfolio
- Preparation of financial statements and tax returns for individuals, companies, trusts and partnerships
- Providing sound advice to your portfolio on a range of tax, accounting and reporting matters
- Annual tax optimisation (AKA tax planning) for your portfolio
- CA or CPA qualification
- A proven track record in a Supervisor or Manager role in a public practice
- Experience handling client relationships and being a main point of contact
- Xero experience
- Ambitious, flexible and entrepreneurial
- Generous base salary + revenue share based on performance of your portfolio
