The Opportunity:

This role will see you coordinating a fast-paced and busy workload, including scheduling appointments, taking payments, and supporting the chiropractors with reports and other daily requirements. Multitasking is a must, and maintaining a high standard of service is essential while ensuring that the practice requirements are met. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all aspects of client management, ranging from processing payments and scheduling appointments to clinic administration
• Prepare exam rooms for clients
• Provide full support to the chiropractors and other practitioners to ensure practice efficiency and that patient satisfaction is maintained
• Contribute to creating a warm and friendly environment for staff and clients

Key Requirements:

• Experience in an extremely fast-paced frontline/customer service role with a focus on accuracy is essential
• A vibrant and friendly individual with a love of building connections
• Ability to interact and communicate effectively in a fun and engaging team environment
• Problem solve and embrace challenges with a ‘can do’ attitude
