Our client, a well-established Accounting Firm based in Sydney, is seeking to add an experienced administrator to their team due to business expansion. They boast a supportive workplace environment, high staff retention and a positive corporate culture.
You will have a range of responsibilities including:
- Maintenance of client files and preparing documents
- Attending to client queries
- Acting as the first point of contact for incoming calls
- Managing all invoicing & debtor requirements
- Assisting the Partners and management team with other ad hoc projects
To excel in this role, you should have:
- 4+ year experience in an administrative role - ideally in a professional services environment
- Experience with corporate secretarial work
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Experience with Xero, Salesforce,
