* VPS Grade 5: $106,534 - $128,897 plus superannuation.
About the Business Unit:
The Victorian Equal Opportunity and Human Rights Commission is an independent statutory body with responsibilities under Victoria's key Human Rights laws - the Equal Opportunity Act 2010, the Racial and Religious Tolerance Act 2001, the Charter of Human Rights and Responsibilities Act 2006 and the Change and Suppression Practice Prohibition Act 2021.

About the Role:

Some of your duties will include:
* Leading and delivering innovative and tailored education and information programs by face-to-face, live online and digital modes of delivery relating to Human Rights, equal opportunity, vilification and change and suppression practices to support organisations comply with relevant laws and adopt leading practice
* Providing high quality, innovative and evidence-based consulting services, including the design, development and implementation of tailored reviews, leading practice strategies and action plans to advance equality and Human Rights
* As required, managing a small team/an education consultants and contractors to deliver education, and providing professional development, feedback, mentoring, coaching and performance management.

About You:
As our ideal candidate, you will possess:
* Demonstrated knowledge and experience in development, delivery, and evaluation of education services, including tailored face-to-face, digital, and blended programs, tools, and resources.
* Demonstrated experience managing education programs and cultural change projects, involving diverse stakeholders and multiple deliverables
* Knowledge and understanding of the Victorian Equal Opportunity and Human Rights Commission, equal opportunity and Human Rights laws, or capacity to quickly attain this knowledge.
Qualifications/Requirements:
* A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience would be highly desirable.
