The Role 

The Senior Analyst – Security and Risk Architecture role is responsible for managing security operations and response across the organisation.  This role will support the end-to-end delivery and design across a variety of cyber security initiatives and projects.  

Key Responsibilities 

  • Collaborate with colleagues and senior managers with regard to CBH’s information security framework and related projects and activities.   

  • Develop, contribute and others on Information Security for every key application to increase security and achieve broader Enterprise Architecture objectives.   

  • Ensure adherence to security policies within business, conduct awareness and audit sessions to ensure compliance   

  • Technical responsibility for all information security policies   

  • Management of hardware and software maintenance schedule to ICT operating budget, identify and secure savings where possible.  

  • Provide infrastructure solutions and recommendations that optimise re-use and support reduced total cost of ownership 

  • Assist with Cyber Security testing (future Red Team, Pen, IoT, POC, other proposed solutions)   

About You 

  • Minimum 5 years demonstrated experience in systems, security, network and directory services administration  

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in information systems, management or similar or significant experience in a similar role 

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate team members at various levels 

  • High degree of analytical and creative problem-solving skills   

  • Familiarity or experience in developing SDLC or other governance frameworks 

  • Ability to adjust and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment 

The successful candidate will need to be available outside of normal business hours
