Senior Asp.net Sql Server Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ASP.NET SQL Server Developer to join our dynamic technology team. The ideal candidate will be focused on rapidly delivering high-quality results, possess strong problem-solving abilities, and have the potential to evolve into a CTO role. This role requires the candidate to be eligible for an NV1 security clearance due to the sensitive nature of our client base.

• Development & Maintenance: Design, develop, and maintain ASP.NET applications and SQL Server databases, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.
• Quality Assurance: Implement best practices in coding, testing, and documentation to deliver high-quality software solutions. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Lead by example in adhering to development processes and standards.
• Project Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and business analysts, to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure all development activities comply with security and regulatory requirements. Prepare documentation and processes necessary for security clearance and audits.
• Innovation: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices. Proactively identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within the platform.
• Future CTO Role: Demonstrate leadership potential and strategic thinking to eventually transition into the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) role, driving the overall technical vision and strategy of the company.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in ASP.NET development and SQL Server. Proven track record in delivering high-quality software solutions.
• Technical Skills:
  • Expertise in ASP.NET, .NET Core, C#, and related frameworks.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL Server, including database design, optimisation, and T-SQL.
  • Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., Angular, React).
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and DevOps practices.
• Security Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain an NV1 security clearance.
