This role is suited to a person who is approachable and empathetic by nature, with an outstanding stakeholder engagement style.We have plenty of internal committees that you can join where many of our staff are working together to make a change through pro-bono work or community engagement.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:
- 5 years' PQE focusing on restructuring and insolvency law;
- A desire to work on challenging transactions and instructions;
- Experience in loan and security enforcement for lenders and/or creditors;
- Experience in advocacy and commercial litigation in the Supreme Court of NSW and/or the Federal Court of Australia;
- Strong advice writing and document drafting skills;
- The ability to work effectively with clients, and insolvency professionals;
- The ability to manage contentious and litigation matters autonomously; and
- Commitment to working in an office environment to best support the team.
