SalaryDescription of position - Participate as a senior fullstack/devops developer to deliver outcomes for mulithazard team. Participate in a multidisciplinary team as a senior developer to deliver digital outcomes that is aligned to Multihazard Teams value proposition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time and on-budget.
- Assess opportunities for process improvement within the team, and prepare documentation of rationale to share with team members and other affected parties.
- Assist in the collection and documentation of a client’s user's requirements, development of user stories, estimates and work plans.
- Collaborate with software developers, business analysts and software architects to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain client solutions.
- Participate in technical solution discussions and workshops.
- Design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with client requirements.
- Package and support deployment of releases to clients.
- Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code, ensuring standards compliance.
- Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship.
- Provide on-going enhancements and support of solutions.
- Help develop the skills of more junior team members on a project.
- Software testing and quality assurance.
- Work with product teams and stakeholders to analyse, identify, and document operational requirements and business needs.
- Work with clients and delivery teams to design and implement solutions that apply industry best practice and standards.
- Facilitate project and technical workshops.
- Provide input, guidance and recommendations on the technical architecture, design and development for projects.
- Work closely with Architects and other specialists to ensure designs are secure, scalable, and robust.
- Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code, ensuring standards compliance.
- Develop infrastructure using best practices such as Infrastructure as Code.
- Development Continuous Integration and Delivery pipelines.
- Perform ongoing monitoring and alerting of digital infrastructure.
- Perform ongoing maintenance of digital infrastructure.
