Our Opportunity
We have an opportunity for a Senior Belonging and Employee Experience Consultant to join our Sydney team. In this role you will drive, integrate and progress Mirvac as an inclusive and leading employer of choice within the property and construction industry.

Reporting to the Director of People Strategy, Insights and Experience, this role will play in integral part in driving our people strategy, including design of an exceptional and inclusive experience for our people across each stage of the employee lifecycle.

Your key responsibilities will be across three pillars and will include but not limited to:

Belonging

  • Manage the implementation of the Belonging Strategy, including design and delivery of strategic initiatives and communications (e.g. Belonging implementation plan, annual calendar of dates of significance)
  • Lead DEI submissions and certifications including but not limited to: annual WGEA compliance, EquiLeap and AWEI
  • Partner with Learning and Talent team to build inclusive practices and capability across the Group
  • Provide Belonging subject matter expertise to support diversity networks and communities (e.g. RAP, Pride)
  • Liaise and influence internal stakeholders to understand, champion and achieve Belonging objectives and targets
  • Manage relationships with key external partners

Employee Recognition
  • Partner with wider HR team on design and management of employee recognition
  • Co-ordinate Mirvac Stars, including system management, the end-to-end nomination and selection process, communications and events

Employee Experience
  • Support administration and reporting of the Group Listening Strategy, including employee lifecycle (e.g. entry, exit, parental leave), employee engagement and ad-hoc Divisional surveys
  • Lead the administration, reporting and management of employee surveys including survey design
  • Provide advisory support on people experience design
  • Manage relationships with key external partners including CultureAmp
  • Remain up to date on market leading belonging, recognition and Employee Experience trends and insights to identify areas of opportunity

Your point of difference
You will be professionally qualified, with exposure and experience in delivery of Diversity programs or initiatives. Previous experience in managing administration of Employee Engagement process is preferred.

You will have excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to build trusting, collaborative, and effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders and challenge the status-quo. Demonstrated experience managing multiple programs and projects will be advantageous.
