AddressWe are seeking an experienced Senior Boutique Stylists to join the Oroton legacy in our Armadale and Chadstone stores. We are searching for an energetic and passionate brand ambassador to showcasing the essence of who we are.
The Role
As a true Senior Boutique Stylists you will be responsible for driving high revenue by developing ongoing relationships with clients. You will have a true knowledge of the latest trends and be able to translate that into wardrobe building for your clients from our collection.
As one of the seniors in the store, you will set the tone alongside the management team to work towards achieving company goals and objectives. A team player who is focused on results, but also efficient in operational excellence.
As a Senior Boutique Stylist you will;
- Embody the essence of the brand through high standards of personal presentation showcasing the collection
- Deliver exceptional client experience aligned with Oroton’s brand behaviours
- Drive sales by developing and nurturing a client base
- Support the team to drive and achieve operational goals, store budgets and KPI’s
- Be able to work key trade days including late nights and weekends
What you'll bring to Oroton!
- Experience working within premium retail apparel (essential)
- A proven track record in driving revenue through clientele management
- A creative and innovative eye, with a natural flair for styling
- A strong understanding of fabrications, styling concepts, trends and be focused on consistent knowledge building for the team
- Proven ability in stock management and visual merchandising
- Strong initiative and the ability to take the lead as a key holder
- Have immaculate grooming and personal presentation that sees you present as a brand ambassador
