Senior Business Analyst

At Trideca , we get stuff done quickly- there is very little red tape that you need to navigate through to be successful in your role.About the Role :The Senior Business Analyst will be working within a project that is building, maintaining & enhancing the mobile stack.
Specifically, this role will be responsible for;
- Requirements definition and documentation (epics, features, user stories) As-is and To-be process mapping
- Facilitation of shared understanding of business problems and technical solutions between PO and engineering
- Supporting the validation of the solution through user testing
- Creating and prioritise user stories backlog
- Participating in scrum events (iterations, daily stand ups and retrospectives, etc.)
- Stakeholder engagement to ensure all processes, requirements and business rules are documented and included in the solution. Document business requirements (functional and non-functional).
- Deliver high level/detailed requirements through use cases, process flows etc.?
- Identification of risks, issues, and dependencies and assist with the resolution.
- Providing functional expertise (on assigned functional areas) to solution designers, developers, testers, and business groups as needed to facilitate development, testing, training, and review client and internal communications ensuring detailed business requirements are covered in the overall solution.?
- Requirements traceability: Ensure traceability of business requirements via input into the delivery of a requirements' traceability matrix (e.g. ALM tracing and input and updates in JIRA as applicable)?
- Analysing those user stories from both a Digital (responsive design, accessibility, tagging, user flow) and Technical (APIs calls, mini app integration) to ensure completenessAbout You:The successful candidate will have;- Extensive experience of BA in an Agile environment with exposure to mobile-
3+ yrs x Experience,Relevant Bachelor Degree, vendor certificates or at least 5 years industry experience.
- In-depth understanding of financial products, processes and systems
- Experience of simplifying complex processes, issues, problem solving and analysis
- Extensive experience working in an agile environment and familiarity with HCD techniques
- Analysing those user stories from both a Digital (responsive design, accessibility, tagging, user flow) and -Technical (APIs calls, mini app integration) to ensure completeness
- Ability to communicate a product vision to key stakeholders and teams, developing it into shaped backlog of key features, user stories and goals for individual sprints
- Comfortable playing a leadership role, including leading workshops, leading in a cross functional business and IT teams, and leading through discovery, development and operational usage stages.
CBAP or Agile BA certification
