About the role

The Senior Business Analyst will play a crucial role, driving Line of Business efficiency and effectiveness through data analysis, process optimisation, and strategic insights. This role will draw on extensive experience in business analysis to accurately document stakeholder requirements and translate business needs into future state process maps and solutions design documents that deliver on those requirements. Through the orchestration of team collaboration the Senior BA will find opportunities for process improvement and automation. They will also provide actionable recommendations that present the commercial, customer and technical trade-offs to support informed decision-making; translating business needs into clear functional requirements, designs and specifications that can be well understood by the program’s delivery teams. The role will be responsible for coordinating complex program deliverables, managing scope and timelines, and facilitating effective communication amongst cross-functional team members.

What we'd love to see from you:

- Previous experience in Project Management or Project Co-ordination in a large-scale transformation.

- Solid understanding of program management methodologies and agile systems of work

- Actively participating in driving innovation, improve ways of working and inspire change.

- Experience leading large-scale workshops and team planning activities.

- Facilitate commercial decision making and ensure that all trade-offs and risks are understood by senior decision makers and the Executive Steering Committee.

- Experience delivering insight reporting and analysis to support the success of the program.
