What You'll be Doing
The purpose of the Senior Clinical Analyst is to provide the clinical program and projects with clinical and business expertise to integrate the new solutions into effective and efficient clinical and business practices and ensure that the change activities support delivery of a safe, sustainable solution and that maintains patient safety and quality.
Actively involved in co-ordination of requests to ICT, facilitation of workshops, benefits analysis, lifecycle management, process reviews and improvements, options analysis and reporting.

How to Apply
To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria as thoroughly as possible. * Demonstrated extensive experience managing the review and analysis of ICT business and clinical processes in services within a large health or hospital organisation.
  • Demonstrated experience in conducting business process redesign, documentation of workflow, data flow analysis diagrams, benefits realisation and change management documents.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder expectations and to confidently achieve high quality outcomes while adhering to government policies and organisational practices within a structured delivery framework.
  • Extensive experience in supporting delivery of business outcomes, to time and expected levels of quality, including the ability to manage risks and issues within a project.
  • Excellent time management skills and a proven ability to show initiative including a "can do" attitude and a personality that finds ways to work around obstacles.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and solve problems when and where required with only minimal guidance from senior management.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to work within multidisciplinary teams and key stakeholders both internal and external to the organisation to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Knowledge of project management and computer systems including PRINCE2, proficient in Microsoft Visio, Project, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
