  • Salary  AHP-3  $102,641 - $110,094 p.a.
  • Temporary up to 27/6/25 and part-time working 30 hours per week 

About the role

As the Senior Clinician, Interdisciplinary AH Professional (IDP), you will:

  • be a highly experienced clinician who works collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team, to deliver quality services to patients/clients within Neuroscience and Rehabilitation
  • collaborate with other members of the team, patients, and their families/carers, to deliver, facilitate, and support the rehabilitation process through the coordination, delivery, and development of clinical services and team processes according to team priorities.
  • undertake a range of inter-disciplinary clinical assessment, consultation, and intervention tasks, including coordination of NDIS processes and discharge planning
  • have sound working knowledge of NDIS processes and associated discharge planning, and be responsible for service planning, provision and evaluation, as well as research and quality activities.

Qualifications

Appropriate Degree or equivalent qualification which entitles your registration with one of the following:

  • Physiotherapy Board of Australia,
  • Occupational Therapy Board of Australia
  • Eligibility for full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers.
