AddressAboriginal Community Services (ACS) is a large and growing provider of Home Care Services throughout South Australia. The organisation currently employs 160 staff.
We are currently seeking a Registered Nurseto work as the Senior Community (Home Care) Nurse and lead a team of Registered Nurses who provide clinical support to our Elders living in the community.

About the role:
You will lead a small team of Registered Nurses providing clinical oversight of Home Care Clients and be responsible for supporting non-clinical staff on clinical matters.
The ideal candidate:
- RN with community Home Care clinical experience
- leadership experience
- current National Police Check
- unrestricted Australian working rights
- hold a current Australian driver’s license and a reliable insured vehicle
