We help restore stability and deliver value. Our Advisory team focus on helping non-distressed organisations improve performance by mitigating risk, managing change and achieving growth. - Work within a multi-disciplined team to deliver restructuring assignments such as special situations, turnaround, insolvency, or advisory assignments such as end to end deals lifecycle, or forensic investigations.
- Apply industry and market knowledge to anticipate, identify and address issues relevant to our projects.
- Perform and oversee financial and commercial analysis to support key decisions and recommendations to our clients.
- Designing and developing financial models and reporting protocols.
- Assist with management of projects and quality control.
- Deal with key stakeholders, such as management, employees, creditors and investors.
- Manage junior staff in execution of tasks.
- Maintain compliance with key risk management processes.
- Continuously strengthen client relations.
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree ideally in Accounting, Business, Commerce or related field.
- Completed, studying toward or have an interest in completing your Chartered Accountant qualification (or equivalent).
- Have at least 3 years' experience in an accounting, restructuring, corporate finance, audit, risk, compliance, or forensic role ideally within a professional services environment.
- Detail oriented with superior communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Proven people management capabilities, with experience in supervising, training and mentoring junior team members.
- Excellent commercial acumen, problem solving and analytical skills.
- Strong commitment to delivering on client outcomes.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- A salary of $85,000 - $95,000 plus superannuation.
