Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Consultant based in Perth with Facilities Management (FM) experience.
As part of the ANZ team, you will deliver capability uplift projects for our clients. This will include a variety of consultancy and transformation projects for high profile infrastructure organisations across multiple sectors – primarily power, water, rail, government & facilities, and mining.
We enjoy good relationships with our clients and are committed to delivering exceptional outcomes for them. We expect that you will contribute to further growing our reputation and market presence through the outstanding work that you deliver. This will include:
- Getting to know our global Market Offerings and understanding their benefits for clients - Create the Aligned Organisation, Informed Investment Decisions, Making Digital Work for You, Empowering Your People, and Outcome Driven Capital Programs
- Working with clients to identify, plan and enact Asset Management capability uplift initiatives in line with our Market Offerings, with the support of our experienced team
- Delivering complex Asset Management projects and programs through effective and transparent project management
- Delivering a number of projects simultaneously, ensuring we continue to meet expectations for quality and timeliness of delivery
- Proactively managing risks & issues
We are a small team, with flexibility and variety in the work we deliver. This role would suit someone who is excited to apply their existing Facilities Management expertise, while continuously learning and contributing to global thought leadership in Asset Management.
Qualifications
- Over 10 years’ experience in asset management and/or consultancy.
- An experienced Facilities Management practitioner, including condition assessments, the IPEWA and NAMS guidelines, management of contractors and contracts, experience with facilities hand-backs, etc.
- Experience within asset-intensive organisations to understand how they operate, their challenges, and how to implement successful capability uplift.
- Experience working on innovative and complex programmes, service lines or business units for asset intensive organisations.
- Experience working with clients, delivering projects and deliverables, and developing rapport.
- A demonstrable network of industry contacts and participation within industry.
- Degree level qualification or equivalent industry experience – engineering, business, economics, or other relevant field.
