The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to join our growing and dynamic Australian Consulting team. The Senior Consultant will work within a high performing team and will be responsible for delivering strategic and operational health and safety services.
You will be responsible for:
- Partner with our clients to provide subject matter expertise and deliver a broad range of services including:
- Leading organisational health and safety reviews and developing strategic and tactical improvement plans.
- Risk management including hazard recognition, critical control management and risk profiling.
- Developing and implementing contractor management and assurance frameworks.
- Developing and implementing governance, audit and assurance frameworks.
- Facilitating safety vision and branding workshops.
- Developing and facilitating HSE training programs such as safety and wellbeing leadership, risk and control management training.
- Conducting incident investigation and reporting and
- Implementing digital solutions and analytics.
- Engaging and building relationships with board members, senior executives whilst equally feeling comfortable walking the floor and having a conversation with frontline workers.
- Financial planning, scheduling, resourcing, and management of large projects.
- Business development; expanding engagements with existing clients and developing new relationships with partners.

About you

- You have operational experience in managing health and safety:
- 10+ years’ experience in health and safety, operational and/or risk, passionate about what you do and wanting to make a positive impact on the world.
- You can engage at both a front-line and executive level.
- You have exceptional attention to detail and can run multiple projects simultaneously, both in a team and autonomous environment
