Our client is seeking a contract Senior eLearning Content Developer to support the delivery of accredited and non-accredited training programs. As a Senior Online Training Developer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining high quality online content that engages our target audience and supports our strategic plan that sets the vision. This requires project management and time management skills to manage multiple outcomes concurrently, high level communication skills to work collaboratively and build relationships with stakeholders.
The role involves content development, including designing course storyboards, creating video productions, developing illustrations, and collaborating with teams to design eLearning templates. Responsibilities extend to maintaining eLearning content, creating digital assets, and structuring courses in collaboration with the LMS Administrator. Additionally, the position encompasses project management tasks such as collaborating with stakeholders, partnering with instructional designers, and working with the creative team to create assets. Quality assurance responsibilities involve leading content reviews, contributing to certification systems enhancement, and developing learning processes to ensure adherence to quality and risk-based management principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- At least 3years Experience in online curriculum development and delivery for adult learners
- Minimum of 3 years' demonstrable experience with Articulate, PowerPoint, Captivate, Photoshop
- 3 years demonstrable experience in multimedia and graphic design to create SCORM files.
- Experience in video production equipment and software to create video-based learning experiences.
- Experience in program and project management
- Understanding and experience working with data management systems.
- Proficiency in the use of Office 365 , Learning Management Systems and Enterprise systems
- Qualification in instructional design, instructional technology, curriculum development or related field preferred
- Experience with SCORM requirements.
