The Customer Experience and Business Improvement department is responsible for frontline customer service, the implementation of a Customer Experience (CX) strategy and Banyule Service Promise as well as the development of an organisation wide Continuous Improvement capability.
About the Role:
This senior role will focus on
embedding our Benefits Realisation Framework, capturing, and reporting against
all improvement benefits using Power BI. The role acts as a support to the
organisation by delivering benefits realisation training to uplift staff
capability.
You will work with staff at all
levels of the organisation to support the implementation of local-level improvements
through the embedding of our Ideation Framework leading our CI outdoor program
and supporting ideas harvesting workshops.
The role will have a focus on uplifting staff CI
capability by leading our
CI “How to get started” internal champions program.
Skills, experience and certificates
Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent level of experience in related disciplines
Substantial demonstrated practical application of Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies in medium to large organisations.
Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in the provision of expert and high-quality advice and recommendations to senior management, facilitation of Continuous Improvement workshops, and engaging staff with process and data analysis.
Demonstrated experience in facilitating and developing end to end process maps
Substantial experience in Benefits management, including capturing, reporting and tracking benefits realisation
Project management skills including the ability to manage competing priorities and multiple projects to meet deadlines.
Strong data analysis capability and understanding, with ability to use relevant software systems including Power BI.
Proven experience in training/coaching Business Process Improvement tools & methodologies
