- Discuss core messaging with marketing stakeholders.
- Conduct research to gain an in depth understanding of the target audience.
- Brainstorm ideas, create concepts and develop messaging.
- Write creative, clear and effective copy that connects with the desired audience and inspires action.
- Adapt existing copy for different brands, using brand personality to differentiate.
- Present ideas and copy options to stakeholders.
- Work with stakeholders to understand feedback and revise copy as required.
- Collaborate with designers to ensure the copy and design solution work together to achieve desired business outcomes.
- Interpret and adapt creative strategy from agencies across multi-channel touchpoints.
- Work with agencies and marketing team to write, test and optimise content for SEO to increase website visits/conversions.
- Comfortably vary voice and style based on brand and channel.
- Work with Product, Legal & Compliance to ensure all content complies with industry and advertising legislation.
- Keep updated on each brand style, tone of voice and new industry trends.
