AddressVisual Domain is looking for a talented and experienced Senior Creative Producer to join the Melbourne team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a hands-on creative role, creating and pitching video content for some of Australia’s leading brands as part of our Creative Solutions team.
The right candidate must have a deep knowledge of production, creative curiosity, be commercially minded, professional drive and of course a passion and love for video. Producers are the creative driver for all of our projects, working alongside our in-house crew and creative team to deliver exceptional video content.
In this position you will work as a senior producer leaning on your leadership skills and creative and commercial drive, you will ensure inspired creative grit is brought to every project you touch that will result in new business opportunities, improved production quality, seamless team collaboration and exceptional client experience.
Your days will be busy and varied, including but not be limited to:
- As part of the creative solutions team you will collaborate with a range of team members including Sale and Creative Director to proactively pitch new and innovative ideas to clients.
- Interpreting requirements from clients to develop video briefs and build out scope of work
- Developing creative video concepts and seeing a production through from ideation to completion.
- Leading creative tasks such as script writing, storyboarding and production planning.
- Build out complex production critical paths on large projects to ensure project milestones are reached.
- Brief field crew on projects in a timely manner, and attend shoots in a field producer capacity as required.
- Oversee your post production work, ensuring brand guidelines are met, changes are completed correctly and an overall high quality of work is produced.
- Work closely with clients to build accounts through the delivery of high quality work, great client service and the development of ongoing video content ideas.
- Displaying strong leadership qualities, setting a high standard of professionalism for the team
