Job description

We are currently seeking a Senior Customer Strategy Advisor (AS6) to join the Customer Insights & Strategy team on a permanent basis.  This role is based in Brisbane CBD with starting base salary is $125,001 plus 12.75% superannuation.

 

 

About the role

 

 

Reporting to the Team Leader, Customer Strategy, the Senior Customer Strategy Adviser will be responsible for:

 

  • delivery of strategic customer experience initiatives.
  • the development and delivery of customer experience related communication and engagement plans.
  • management of customer experience documents and engagement platforms.

Skills and Experience Required:

 

  • Customer experience – knowledge of the theory and practice of customer experience methodologies gained within a large organisation (customer insights client-side) or market research consultancy (essential).
  • Project management – proven ability to manage delivery of key customer experience initiatives with enterprise-wide impacts, including vendor procurement and management (essential).
  • Communication and engagementmanagement – extensive experience developing and implementing communication and engagement strategies underpinned by strong written communication and presentation skills (essential).
  • Communication tools – Substantial skill in the use of contemporary office software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and common data visualization software such as Tableau and Power BI (essential).
  • Change management – change management experience gained within a large and complex organisation (desirable).
