As a Senior Dam Engineer, you will be responsible for the overall design, construction, and operation of the project's dam and related infrastructure. You will lead a team of engineers, designers, and contractors to ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and construction of the project's dam and related infrastructure, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
• Collaborate with the project team to develop and refine project requirements and specifications
• Manage the project's budget, schedule, and resources
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to the project team and stakeholders
• Foster a culture of safety, quality, and excellence within the project team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in civil engineering or a related field
• Professional Engineer (PE) license
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Dam Engineering, with a focus on Pumped Hydro projects
• Strong technical skills in the design and construction of dams and related infrastructure
• Proven leadership and project management skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and excellence
