Immediate need for a Senior Architect/ Project Lead with ArchiCAD skills. This design driven boutique studio produce projects ranging from luxury to small- and large-scale multi-Residential. They are looking for someone to join on contract (hourly rate) to assist with the production and delivery of a mid-scale multi-Residential project. Opportunity to extend - great studio with great culture.
Key responsibilities
- Manage documentation throughout construction stages

- Proven experience in construction stages on Residential
- Advanced ArchiCAD skills
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
