Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth skin consultations to identify client needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Perform advanced skin treatments, including IPL (Intense Pulsed Light), Q-Switched laser treatments, Fractional CO2 laser therapy, and more, with a high level of expertise and care.
- Develop personalized treatment plans for clients to achieve optimal results.
- Provide post-treatment care advice and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and treatment efficacy.
- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety in all treatment procedures.
- Train and mentor junior staff members, sharing knowledge and promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in dermal therapy.

Requirements:
- Diploma in Beauty Therapy, Dermal Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in IPL, Q-Switched, and Fractional CO2 treatments.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to provide tailored consultations and build strong client relationships.
- A passion for the beauty and skin health industry, with a commitment to professional development and learning.
