Job description

The Role
In this fast-paced position, you will join a friendly and collaborative team, taking responsibility for resolving IT technical issues over the phone, email and remotely. The aim of the role is to resolve the majority of queries first time, quickly and efficiently, providing a high level of customer service and professionalism along the way.

About you
You will have a minimum of 3 years Level 2 support experience, operating in a high volume role providing IT support. You’ll be joining a great team of high performers that work collaboratively to ensure they achieve successful outcomes as a team. It is vital that you are a genuine team player who enjoys helping people and likes seeing other people succeed. A professional mindset and a customer focused attitude will help you thrive in this position. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal are essential in this position.

Technical skills and experience required

Ability to quickly diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
Demonstrable customer service skills
Outstanding communication skills with the ability to talk technical and non-technical across all levels of an organisation
Minimum of 3 years’ experience IT support experience
Previous experience working for a managed service provider
IT related degree / Industry certifications – highly favourable
ITIL Foundation V3 – highly desirable

Experience Supporting

Windows OS, Windows Servers, M365 / O365, Exchange, Active Directory
Cloud – preferably Azure
Virtualisation
Hardware Support (server, desktop, laptop)
Network knowledge (TCP/IP, WAN / LAN)
Routing/switching knowledge (Cisco experience and certification valued)
Security fundamentals
