One of Melbourne's leading managed IT providers are expanding and looking for their next service desk support member to join the team. This role is fantastic for someone with an existing MSP background looking to join a fast paced and dynamic team with tangible career development opportunities.
The Position
In this position you will need:
At least 5 years experience in the MSP space!
Superhero Powers: Level 2 Service Desk Support candidates have the ability to swoop in and save the day for users who are experiencing complex technical issues. With their superior problem-solving skills, they can tackle even the most challenging IT problems with ease.
Detective Work: These candidates must possess excellent analytical skills and be able to investigate issues thoroughly. They must dig deep into technical issues, using their sharp senses to identify the root cause of the problem and solve it quickly.
Master of Communication: Communication is key in any IT role, and Level 2 Service Desk Support candidates are no exception. These professionals must be able to explain complex technical issues in plain English and make sure that users understand what they need to do to fix the problem.
Team Player: Collaboration is essential in any IT environment. Level 2 Service Desk Support candidates must work closely with their colleagues and other teams to ensure that issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
Tech Guru: As a Level 2 Service Desk Support candidate, you must be passionate about technology and constantly keep up with the latest trends and developments in the industry. You'll be expected to share your knowledge with users, helping them to better understand the technology they're using.

Salary is currently open for discussion ranging from $60,000 - $80,000 + Super + Incentives
