The role of the Senior Digital Product Owner – Payments is to lead business and technical delivery activities related to relevant payment digital interactions or foundational experiences supporting it. This includes business ownership of payment-aligned experiences and applications, tools, and integrated services across all (specific to the mission) digital channels. Besides direct Product Ownership responsibilities, the primary focus of the senior team member position is to act as a consumer insurance business owner representative for the assigned technical delivery squad within the corresponding mission, assuring effective, technically sound and compliant delivery that is best aligned to the customer need. Senior team members will also act as role models for junior team members when it comes to exhibiting right behaviours daily, personal development, professional peer support and conduct, adherence to risk and compliance standards, team collaboration fostering and relentless guidance towards achievement of Tribe’s key business priorities and Mission objectives. Senior Team Member Key Accountabilities: Senior lead for the Product Manager and the Mission of all relevant service digital assets, customer services and tools within the assigned squad’s and Mission’s responsibility (as defined by the PM). Operational lead for the Product Manager for day-to-day squad’s and Mission operations. Operational lead for the alignment across the network of Mission’s stakeholders. Performance tracking of digital delivery, including reporting and insights for the Mission and assigned squad. Proactive collaboration with customer facing teams in Customer Service and other areas to better understand business and customer impacts and identify further opportunities across channels. Exemplar execution of PO responsibilities (inc but not limited to ideation lead, UX support, requirements gathering, preparation for ceremonies and planning sessions, ongoing story and epic delivery, business sign off, risk and compliance assessment, release preparation, post release PVT, ongoing support and risk issues management and mitigation) with the assigned tech squad and as a strong contributor to the Mission’s success.
