This position is responsible for the performance and maintenance of the Metro South Hospital and Health Service (MSHHS) $3.5 billion asset and infrastructure base. About the Role
- This position is responsible for the performance and maintenance of the Metro South Hospital and Health Service (MSHHS) $3.5 billion asset and infrastructure base.
- The role encompasses the direct maintenance management of MSHHS building assets which includes the five major Hospitals of Princess Alexandra Hospital (PAH), Logan, Queen Elizabeth Jubilee II (QEII), Redland and Beaudesert.
- The position supports the Executive Director, Assets and Infrastructure by developing and maintaining strong relationships with relevant key stakeholders, including MSHHS Board, MSHHS Executive members, local communities, service delivery partners within the public and private sectors, management and staff representatives.
- The position provides a lead role in disaster management, which involves infrastructure failure or compromised infrastructure.
