As a leader of a highly operational team of up to 18 members, you will play a critical role in delivering national/international recruitment campaigns; attracting, onboarding and retaining a skilled and high performing teaching workforce; strategic and operational recruitment policy; and planning, implementing and participating in a range of other projects at the Directorate and ACT Government level.
