Our Marketing Systems team is seeking an experienced team member to join on a 12 month fixed-term basis who will be responsible for managing and maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the data as the firm transitions to a new CRM system. This role is open to our Melbourne or Brisbane office with hybrid working arrangements available.
In this role you will have the opportunity to:
- Review and analyse client data in the CRM system and conduct regular audits of CRM data to identify and resolve inaccuracies, inconsistencies, and gaps.
- Update CRM records with the latest information obtained from various sources, ensuring data integrity.
- Enhance CRM records by adding supplementary data points or additional context to improve customer insights.
- Identify and resolve duplicate records
- Collaborate with other teams to improve data management processes and implement hygiene protocols to maintain data integrity
- Conducts ad-hoc tasks as agreed by the Marketing Systems team
- Participates in firmwide database and digital projects from time-to-time
More About You
- Confident and skilled in use and understanding of data.
- Familiarity with CRM systems in a Marketing environment
- Microsoft Excel and PowerBI is highly desirable.
- A highly analytical and methodical work style with a high attention to detail and strong focus on quality.
- Self-motivated, proactive, results-oriented and ability to work both collaboratively or autonomously.
- Displays strong requirements gathering and analysis skills with sound problem solving skills.
