- Contributing to the development and ongoing enhancement of management systems crucial to the environmental and community performance of mines.
- Overseeing activities to ensure adherence to regulatory environmental standards.
- Demonstrating a results-oriented mindset with adeptness in implementing successful changes.
- Demonstrate high motivation coupled with a proven track record of strong and safety-conscious work ethics and conduct.
- Possess experience in environmental management, accompanied by a robust grasp of environmental legislation and community engagement methodologies.
- Hold relevant tertiary qualifications.
- While prior experience in the mining industry is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite.
