Band 8 - Salary Range $120,224 to $134,591 per annum + 11% Super + ADO
Salary offered will depend on level of skills and experience.

The Opportunity
Melton City Council is going through a period of rapid growth and change, delivering capital and IT projects for the benefit of our growing community.
Sitting in the cross-organisational ePMO, you’ll be working with Project Managers, Project Owners, Executive and stakeholders across the organisation to ensure that data and processes are clear and high-quality to build confidence in decision-making and project management.
Key Responsibilities

  • Designing and process mapping best-practice project management processes.
  • Undertaking stage gate reviews and providing meaningful feedback.
  • Producing fit-for-purpose reports that make sense of project data and enable good decision-making.
  • Supporting the transition from interim PPM software to a future technology.
  • Building the skills and confidence of staff across the organsiation to manage projects effectively.

About you
To be successful in this role you will have the following:
  • A relevant tertiary degree and combination of relevant further formal qualifications OR lesser formal qualifications together with extensive and diverse experience in project management.
  • Extensive experience with project management frameworks, understanding methodologies and good governance.
  • The ability to work with ambiguity, pro-actively explore options and solve problems with the customer in mind.
