About the roleBMD is in a significant growth phase in Adelaide with a strong pipeline of projects in hand and as a result, we are looking for a
Senior Estimator to price a range of diverse civil infrastructure projects between $20-100 million in value. With access to best in industry systems and software tools, you will collaborate with pre-contract teams and deliver exceptional winning civil infrastructure and urban development bids across Australia.This role will be based in our Wayville Office in Adelaide, estimating projects in;
- Water/Sewer upgrades
- Road infrastructure for local councils and DIT
- Defence contracts
Skills & Experience- Willingness to maintain/develop associations with clients, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors within the civil construction space.
- Previous experience with Expert Estimation software is advantageous.
- 8+ years' experience in the Civil Construction industry in estimating
- A mix of project and estimating experience is ideal
- First principle estimating experience
- Experience with the development of subcontractor work packages and review
