Carter Ferguson Solicitors is an established law firm seeking a Senior Family Law Solicitor with a minimum of 4 + years unrestricted practice to join their team.
They have offices in six locations in the beautiful Illawarra & SHoalhaven regions, you will become part of the Wollongong team and work closely with the Directors, team of Solicitors, Conveyancers and Paralegals.
You will have a hands-on approach, be passionate about collaboration and getting results by providing a more human, caring and contemporary approach to the law.
The right candidate will have a high attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills; and be comfortable dealing with internal and external stakeholders. It is important that you possess a strong sense of compassion and empathy and can listen to client's needs to provide the most appropriate legal strategies for their situation.
You will be a problem solver who has excellent Office 365 skills and who can deal with multiple tasks at one time. You will have great management skills, ability to motivate, effective time management, ability to work well in a team, and ability to work autonomously with your own initiative.
A minimum of 4+ years unrestricted practice as a Solicitor, preferably in New South Wales is required. A Specialist Accreditation in Family Law is desirable, however not mandatory.
