Position Title - General Clerk

About the role -

The Receptionist is the front line employee for Keep Moving Pty Ltd and therefore must present to customers and clients a professional approach and image that portrays Keep Moving Pty Ltd as a professional organisation.

The primary function is to ensure all telephone calls are answered, redirected to the appropriate staff member, or details captured and forwarded to allow a callback.

Job Responsibilities -

  • To attend to customer enquiry by phone, email, fax or in person
  • Attend to quotations for sales and hire as required
  • To monitor and manage the hire equipment, showroom inventory and DVA hiring and purchasing
  • To attend to hire of equipment to clients as required
  • To ensure all administrative duties are carried out including filing, preparation of mail, cash reconciliation, EFTPOS reconciliation, telephones are switched at designated times, business equipment is active and refilled and maintain office environment and showroom in a clean and tidy manner on a daily basis
  • To ensure office is opened at opening times and securely closed at designated closing
  • To ensure accurate messages are taken and conveyed to appropriate persons
  • To ensure clients with overdue hire are contacted
  • To ensure walk in clients are attended to promptly
  • To ensure that the showroom floor is stocked with a range of different high demand equipment
  • Any other duties as required

Skills and Experience

  • Excellent communication skills (written, oral and IT)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • To fulfil all requirements set out in ‘Principle Duties and Responsibilities’
  • Good working knowledge of all functions within an customer service/administrative role in the retail/ service industry with an emphasis on performance
  • Good level of knowledge/understanding of information technology systems including Microsoft products
  • Document and records management
  • Stock monitoring and control
  • Qualification and experience in administration, business, frontline customer service and/or equivalent experience is desirable

Position Title - Accounts Clerk

About the role -

Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Accounts Officer will be responsible for processing a range of Keep Moving’s accounts.

Job responsibilities -

  • Daily Reconciliation of Bank Accounts
  • Daily Reconciliation of Receivables and Deposits
  • Ensure Receivables are actively monitored and followed up in a timely manner
  • Processing and reconciliation of supplier invoices.
  • Reconciliation of Creditor's ledger to supplier's statement.
  • Transaction processing of credit cards.
  • Journal Entries
  • Adhoc tasks as directed by the Finance Manager

Skills and Experience -

  • 1 year previous experience in a similar role
  • Xero experience desirable
  • Experienced and confident user of Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with inventory is desirable
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi task and work in a team environment
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy
  • Maintain a current Australian Federal Police Clearance
  • Maintain a current “Working With Children Check – Ochre Card”
  • Maintain a current manual driver’s licence
  • Maintain a current NDIS Workers Clearance
  • Certificate IV in Bookkeeping is desirable.

Position Title - Marketing Specialist

About the Role -

Keep Moving is the Northern Territory leading provider of mobility equipment. The company is a NDIS registered provider.

This role is a fast paced sales support role processing enquiries into quotes, receipt of orders, procurement of equipment to invoicing of the sale. You will learn a wide range of equipment that supports clients being active.

Job Responsibilities -

  • Achievement of Sales Targets
  • Identification and closing of opportunities
  • Client Relationships
  • Supplier Relationships
  • Product knowledge and training
  • Receiving enquiries by email, website, telephone or in person
  • Determining customer needs and quoting suitable products
  • Processing customer orders
  • Ordering out of stock products from suppliers
  • Follow up on delivery times and updating customer
  • Processing supplier invoice upon receipt
  • Organise warehouse to deliver to the customer
  • Process customer invoice
  • Quotation Processing Turnaround Times
  • Gross Product Margins

Skills and Experience -

  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Can problem-solve in fast-paced environments under pressure
  • Have the enthusiasm to learn and acquire new skills and information regarding Assistive Technology
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to triage priorities
  • Willingness to go above and beyond and not limit themselves within their job role
  • A calm and empathetic approach to customer service
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Excellent excel, word and outlook skills

Position Title - Storeperson

About the Role -

The Storeperson is responsible for warehousing an stores activities for Keep Moving Pty Ltd.

Job Responsibilities -

  • Inspecting and Receipting Inwards Goods
  • Packing and despatching Outwards Goods
  • Delivery and installation of goods at Client
  • Cleaning and washing items
  • Stocktake counting
  • Any other duties as required

Skills and Experience -

  • In-depth knowledge of warehouse principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Good analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Maintain a current Australian Federal Police Clearance
  • Maintain a current “Working With Children Check – Ochre Card”
  • Maintain a current NDIS Workers Card
  • Manual drivers license
  • Forklift license
  • Inventory Certificate
  • 2+ years of experience as a stores officer or in a similar position is desirable

Salary - $65,000 to $75,000 per annum
