Senior Feasibility Manager

The Senior Feasibility Manager is responsible for leading and aligning the broader Feasibility Managers Team to ensure a consistent and aligned approach to feasibility across the broader business and 360 Group as well as undertaking part of the feasibility role in NSW.

What you'll do

  • Coordinate and collaborate with the other state Feasibility Managers to ensure consistency with process and documentation.
  • Assist with the ongoing improvement and development of the feasibility space
  • Act as the lead/voice for the feasibility function at a national alignment level
  • Support the establishment of feasibility as a Group Function
  • Support in establishing the Renewal and the New Store program in consultation with the National PMO State 360 teams, renewal operations and State Property team.
  • Work with the planning team in the preparation for concept schemes & sign off plans to ensure scope of works is consistent with the project affordability and are correctly documented.
  • Work closely with other stakeholders including FM, Operations, Finance, Network Planning to gather critical information that will help inform the feasibility outcomes
  • Coordination of project costs, plan and documentation for submission documents to be approved by the FGCC across New, Renewal, eCom and other Group Business Units.
  • Deliver viable projects on time and on budget to the Capital Committee for approval ensuring that projects are feasible and meet the needs of the business
  • Support Property with briefs and documentation required for inclusion in Agreements for Lease or commercial terms for extensions and renewals. Review & provide input into Exceptions Schedule for the Agreement for lease
  • Support State Construction Manager

What you'll bring

  • Extensive previous experience in similar/related position ideally within the construction industry
  • Strong knowledge of the entire end to end development & construction process.
  • Understanding of and experience with financial planning and analysis of project specifications and related costs
  • Commercial acumen relating to scope, project costs, programs & capital management.
  • Project Planning experience
  • Experience in managing others (internal and external)
  • Intermediate to Advanced computer literacy
  • Negotiating and influencing skills.
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Industry knowledge
