Senior Financial Advisor $150-200K (Subject To Experience)

Join a well-established financial planning firm in Perth CBD.  Take over an existing book of client and manage onboarding new client referrals.

This distinguished Wealth Management company, known for delivering quality services and innovative solutions, is seeking an accomplished individual to join their growing team. 

Initially commencing as a Senior Financial Planner, you will be provided with a portfolio of approximately 70 loyal, ongoing advice clients with approx. $800K recurring revenue.  Your main responsibility is retaining these clients, with the view to increasing the client base over time through existing client referrals, and new client leads from existing referral partners.

Additional responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Drive prospecting activities and convert leads into new business.
• Foster cross-sell and referral opportunities within the broader company.
• Build strong internal networks and cross-functional relationships.
• Provide exceptional service to the existing client base.
• Supervise an Associate Advisor during their professional year.
• Participate knowledge sharing within the team and across the company.
• Contribute positively to the culture of the company and its core values.

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following educational and experience requirements:

• FASEA relevant degree or working towards a FASEA approved pathway.
• Minimum 5 years in financial planning.
• Strategic financial planning/advisory skills (technical and strategic competency).
• Strong working knowledge of financial services and the financial planning market.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
