Homegrown Australian pureplay Ecommerce fashion brand based in the Northern Beaches is seeking an experienced Senior Garment Tech

Our client, a highly regarded fashion brand based in the Northern Beaches is on the hunt for an experienced Senior Garment Tech to join their vibrant team as they continue their growth journey.
This is a newly created role and will be reporting into the Head of Product, and you will responsible for creating and managing tech packs for women's and men's apparel products. This includes creating specs for flat measurements, grading and documenting the process from sampling to bulk production.
Key responsibilities include:

• Creation of Development Tech Packs, inclusive of cads, measurement specs and sampling details
• Attend and assist in all Fit sessions, offering fit suggestions, and alterations and recording all fit comments and photos
• Passing over all fit comments to suppliers and managing any queries and questions to ensure the quality of product from sampling to bulk meets brand standards
• Coordinate with Suppliers on sampling lead time to ensure there are no delays with development
• Manage sampling timeline WIP in the system and share weekly reports with the Product team
• QC bulk samples and communicate any potential issues that could affect sales or the quality of the product
• Communicating all product details descriptions in Style file doc to handover to relevant departments and team members

To be successful, you will have:

• Minimum 3+ years of Garment Tech experience, ideally within activewear
• Experience with Excel and Adobe Illustrator
• Excellent attention to detail
• A can-do attention, with the ability to problem solve
