- Opportunity to step into a Salon Manager role if wanted ($40+ per hour permanent rate of pay).
- Work/life balance: Flexibility with days and times of work (Full time or Part time options) + 1.30pm finish on Saturdays & No Sundays or Mondays.

Established for 13 years, we’re a small team of 3 comprising of our owner, Ashley, 1 Senior Hairdresser and 1 Apprentice. We are a passionate, talented and super supportive team. Our team are our number 1 priority. We promise you that you will always be respected, heard and encouraged to be yourself at our salon.
We prioritise education and training in the latest trends, so our team always feel 100% confident. We provide all hair services including colour, cutting and styling as well as Chemical straightening and Seamless Tape Hair extensions.
ABOUT THE ROLES
We’re searching for passionate Hairdressers who love working as part of a team and love everything ‘Hair’. Whether you’re a highly confident and experienced Senior, or are more newly qualified, we would love to hear from you! We also have a position available for a highly confident Senior Hairdresser to step into a Salon Manager role. The Salon Manager will be working on the floor as well as Management duties.
JOB SPECS
Hours: Full time & Part time options available.
- We believe in work/life balance so our doors are closed at 1.30pm on Saturdays and not reopened until Tuesday, so you can always have a proper break.
- Flexibility in days/times of work to suit your lifestyle.
- Flexible employment arrangement.
Pay Rate:
- $35- $40 per hour (permanent rate of pay) for highly experienced and skilled Senior Hairdressers.
- For more newly qualified Hairdressers or those that need upskilling: competitive wages will be offered based on your current skillset, and reviewed and increased as you progress with us.
- $40+ per hour (permanent rate of pay) for a highly confident Senior Hairdresser wanting a management role.
- Plus, generous and achievable Bonuses & Commissions.
Location: Torrens ACT (free onsite parking & easily accessible by public transport).
