Attention colourist, stylists and hair gods!  

Now that I have your attention, let me tell you a little bit about The Disco. We are a team of creatives that love to be inspired and inspire each other. We love to craft bespoke looks for our clients and friends. We are looking for another passionate stylist to join the team.

At The Disco, we all cut and colour, so we are looking for a stylist who is an all rounder and can execute their work to very high standard. We love that our clients encourage and enjoy our creativity. We are also looking for a stylist who is interested in training and education. We hold weekly training sessions with our junior team and would love for the successful applicant to want to join our education team. 

This year, The Disco turns 12 years old. In 2022, as a present to the team and the clients, we moved to an exciting new space to give everyone the much needed upgrade they deserve. We also made it into the finals for best new salon design! You'll love it!

Over the years we have worked hard to establish a salon where clients want to come and hang out because it is fun and they get awesome hair! We have focused on building this because we also want our team to love coming into the salon and have a safe space where they can have the freedom that they deserve. We love the culture we have created at The Disco. 

We dress cool and on trend, while keeping the high end feel that we believe our clients want and deserve. 

The salon is open Tuesday-Saturday which means we all get Sundays and Monday off. We also pay for all education opportunities, we believe that education is key to continue to be leaders in our craft. Recently, we were recognised by the Queensland Government Training and Education department for the in salon training we offer our team. 

Wage package is open for discussion. We have a healthy commission structure with unlimited profit share. 

There will be a 1 week, paid shadow program for you to really relax into the salon and see how everything works before you start doing clients. 

There is off site free street parking close by or the Stones Corner bus station is about 200 metres away.
